評析現代中醫藥診治結核病的進展，發現在病因、病機方面，仍承襲內外因兼具和先正虛後外邪侵犯的傳統思想。在辨證分型方面，主要有三大類，仍未產生共識。另外，還有不少運用中藥萃取物或純化成分所完成的人體外基礎研究，僅少數以中藥複方實驗。至於臨床試驗方面，絕大多數採中西醫結合模式診治，雖有不少觀察性研究，但也漸漸看到隨機分組試驗增多的趨勢，相關研究似乎顯示中西醫結合的診治優於單純西醫藥療效。Commenting on modern traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) researches of tuberculosis (TB), we found that a traditional viewpoint of combined internal and external causes and initial inner qi vacuity followed by external pathogen was kept. As for pattern identification, three main categories were used, but no consensus had been reached. On the other hand, quite a few advances were observed in the fields of basic researches dealing with crude extracts and pure compounds of single medicines, but experiments on formulae were relatively lacking. As for clinical trials, most of them were observational studies involving the integration of TCM and modern Western medicine, and an increasing trend of randomized trial was also developing. The modern TCM researches of TB seemed to suggest that integration of TCM and modern Western medicine had better outcomes than those using modern Western medicine alone. |
