本文收集整理了歷代各家及現代文獻對十二原及四關的記載和論述，主要從《靈樞˙九針十二原》中十二原、四關之本意及臨床應用和後世對十二原、四關之內容的演化發展及臨床應用進行分析歸納整理，並分析兩者記載及論述之異同，期望以此能為十二原、四關的臨床應用提供一定之參考。This article has gathered and summarized information on the twelve source points and four gates, and referenced both from ancient dynastic documentations and modern discussions. The main reference is from the book “Miraculous Pivot-Lingshn”, its regional explanation of the twelve source points and four gates, combining clinic experiences and analytical summaries of its development through modern time. We analyse the resemblance and difference between Miraculous Pivot-Lingshn and its development through modern time. We hope this article can serve as a reference for the future clinic practice of the twelve source points and four gates.
