頭針治療中風病實驗研究的理論思維

THEORETICAL WAY OF THINKING OVER EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON STROKE WITH HEAD ACUPUNCTURE

查考頭針治療中風病的有關文獻並結合作者的研究成果，闡述了頭針治療中風實驗研究中的一些新思路和方法，主要有：（1） 建立標準化的中風動物模型；（2） 中醫頭穴線在動物模型上的類比；（3） 頭針在動物模型上的針刺手法及刺激量；（4） 頭針治療中風病的時機選擇；（5） 頭針治療中風的即刻效應；（6） 頭針治療中風的機制及檢測指標的選擇，為頭針治療中風病的實驗研究提供參考。Reviewed relating literatures of stroke treated with head acupuncture as well as authors' research results, the paper discussed some new way of thinking and some new methods on stroke experiment. They are: 1, standardize animal model of stroke; 2, mimic of head acupuncture lines of Chinese Medicine of animal model; 3, manipulation of head acupuncture and stimulating quantities on animal model; 4, select therapeutical chance of stroke; 5, about immediately effect on stroke treated with head acupuncture; 6, selecting mechanism and some parameters for stroke treated with head acupuncture.
