以心率變異性分析探討針刺非穴位與自律神經的關係

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN NON-ACUPOINT ACUPUNCTURE AND AUTONOMIC ACTIVITY BY USING HEART RATE VARIABILITY ANALYSIS

本研究採用心率變異性（Heart Rate Variability ，HRV ）短時頻域分析法檢測三十名健康男女，以探討在無針刺與針刺非穴位（兩內關穴向撓側旁開1 公分處）兩種處理中，兩種處理對自律神經功能的影響為何。結果顯示，在不同時間中，有心率、RR 間期平均值、RR 間期標準差、相鄰RR 間期差大於50 ms 百分比、總功率、極低頻功率、低頻頻峰、高頻功率、高頻最大功率等變項有明顯差異性存在。而在處理間及處理與時間交互作用中，各種變項則無明顯差異性存在。這結果提示針刺非穴位對自律神經功能的影響較不明顯。This research is to investigate the influence of the autonomic nerve in different treatment, nonacupuncture and non-acupoint acupuncture(1cm next to the Neiguan near the radial side), 30 healthy adults were tested by heart rate variability (HRV) analysis. The results indicate: in different time course, these varieties, heart rate, mean value of the RR interval, standard deviation of the RR interval, pNN50, total power, the power in the VLF range, the peak of the LF range, the power in the HF range and the maximum power in the HF range, existed significant variation. Otherwise, in the different treatment and the interaction between the treatment and the time factor, each variety has no significant variation. The result reminds us that the influence of the autonomic activity to the non-acupoint acupuncture is less obviously.
