白珠藤之成分研究

CONSTITUENTS OF PSYCHOTRIA SERPENS LINN

白珠藤全草以95 %乙醇於60°C 水浴上抽取，抽取液經減壓濃縮後得乙醇抽取物，此抽取物以矽膠管柱層析、Sephadex LH-20 管柱層析及薄層層析等過程進行分離。結果得到四種化合物，經由光譜分析，確認為α -tocopherol （I）、β -sitosterol （II）、β -sitosterol-β -D-glucopyranoside（III） 及rutin （IV）。The 95% ethanol extract of the whole plant Psychotria serpens Linn was subjected to a silica gel column for fractionation. Further separation by chromatography by spectral analysis and comparison of their spectral data (IR, MS, NMR) with literature values. Four compounds were isolated and identified asα-tocopherol ( I), β-sitosterol ( II), β-sitosterol-β-D-glucopyranoside ( III) and rutin ( IV).
