近年來我國物價下滑趨勢之探討

A Study On Declining Trend in Taiwan’s Consumer Price

民國86年以來國內需求不振，消費者物價年增率大多在1％以下，90及91年甚至出現下跌情況。今（92）年1-10月消費者物價下跌0.28％，核心物價亦轉較上年同期下跌0.64％，加大國內面臨通貨緊縮的壓力。由於物價乃係整體經濟活動的綜合表現，其牽連因素甚廣，舉凡財政收支、貨幣供給、產業結構、市場特性、產銷通路等，均與之息息相關。本文分別由長、中、短期供需力量之改變加以探討我國物價下滑問題，並研提防治通貨緊縮之對策。

This article examines the problems of downward movement in Taiwan’s Consumer Price since 1997. Empirically, consumer price is the final outcome of national economic activity. So, the author discusses the supply-and-demand changes in long, medium, and short term, respectively. To avoid the probability of deflation, the author concludes with the suggestion of some financial and industry reforms to strengthen to restore economic growth energy.
