中藥科學化的新證據——中藥藥引對藥品吸收之研究

New Evidences for the Scientification of Chinese Herbs-Chinese Herbal Enhancer Significant Increase Drug Transport in Vitro and in Vivo

由中藥找出藥理活性成分是多年來中藥研究的主題。中藥大都以複方形式使用，其原因仍是成謎。特別是許多經常使用的單味藥，如甘草、大菜等，在有效中藥中使用頻率高達30-75%。這些所謂中藥藥引的作用機轉，更是缺乏科學研究。本研究報告包含了1.提出中藥藥引之可能機轉。2. 研究以其中之一的可能機轉一促進藥物體外穿透及體內吸收為例，探討中藥藥引之可能機轉。3. 更進一步進行臨床試驗，證實臨床前之體內、外試驗結果。

Pharmacological active ingredients obtained from Chinese herbs are proved for many years. However, the mystery of combining various herbs become effective in many Chinese herbs combination is unsolved. Furthermore, the mechanism(s) of several most frequently used herbs, so-called Chiense herbal enhancer, contained in over 30-75% of Chinese medicines are still unknown. The present report contains: (1) postulating possible mechanism(s) of Chinese herbal enhancer (2) examining mechanism(s) by study the transportation of drug through membrane, skin in vitro and in vivo. (3) performing clinical study to validate the preclinical findings.
