澎湖爵床之成分研究

Constituents of Justicia Ciliata

澎湖爵床(Justicia ciliate)(Yamamoto) Hsieh & Huang 為爵床料(Acanthaceae)植物的全草，產於澎湖。澎湖爵床全草以 95%乙醇於 60 ℃水浴上抽取，抽取液經減壓濃縮後得乙醇抽取物，此抽取物以矽膠管柱層析、Sephadex LH-20 管柱層析、薄層層析及高效能液相層析等過程進行分離。結果得到五種均屬於水質酚類的化合物，經由光譜分析，確認為 heliobuphthalmin (I)、 neojusticin B (II)、 taiwanin E methyl ether (III)、justicidin B (IV)、chinensinaphthol methyl ether (V)。

Justicia ciliata (Acanthaceae) grows in Pong Hu. The 95% alcoholic extracts of the whole plant were subjected to systematic separation and purification by chromatography and recrystallization. Five lignan compounds were isolated and identified by spectral analyses and comparison of their spectral data (IR, MS, NMR) as heliobuphthalmin (I), neojusticin B (II), taiwanin E methyl ether (III), justicidin B (IV) and chinensinaphthol methyl ether (V).
