三妙丸鎮痛作用之藥理學研究

Pharmacological Studies on Analgesic Effect of San-Miao-Pill

本研究以醋酸誘發小白鼠扭體反應、熱板或福馬林誘發小白鼠舔足反應之鎮痛實驗模式及λ-carrageenan誘發大白鼠足蹠浮腫之抗炎實驗模式，來評估三妙丸之鎮痛抗炎作用。實驗結果顯示，三妙九粗抽物可減少醋酸對小白鼠所誘發之扭體反應次數，延長小白鼠對熱板所誘發舔足反應之時間，並可縮短福馬林對小白鼠所誘發前期或後期之舔足反應時間；而在抗炎實驗方面，三妙丸對λ-carrageenan所誘發足蹠浮腫之程度在任何時間下均無法減輕之效果。綜合上述結果，顯示三妙丸確具鎮痛作用。

San-Miao-Pill (abbr. as SMP), first described in the 'I Hsueh Cheng Chuan', SMP was traditionally used to treat the pain and edema of the joint. In this study, we investigated the analgesic effect of SMP extract by acetic acid-induced writhing response, the hot plate method, and formalin-induced licking response in rodents. SMP extract decreased writhing scores induced by acetic acid and increased the percentage of response time in the hot plate method Furthermore, SMP extract shortened the response time in the early and late phase induced by formalin. These results show that SMP extract has an analgesic effect.
