生藥「何首烏」中2,3,5,4-Tetrahydroxystibene-2-O-Glucoside、Emodin及Physcion的含量分析

Quantitative Analysis of 2,3,5,4'-Tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-Glucoside, Emodin, and Physcion in Polygoni Multiflori Radix

何首烏藥材的鑑別，在「日本藥局方外生藥規格」裡是以emodin為確認試驗的指標成分。而今，由於 2,3,5,4'-letrahydroxystilbene-2-ο-glucoside 走何首烏藥材的獨特且具生物活性之成分，應被重視。在本論文中乃以 2,3,5,4' -tetrahydroxystilbene-2-ο-glucoside、emodin 及 physcion 等三種當作指標成分，利用 HPLC 檢測市售何首烏藥材中所含上述三種指標成分之量。在十三個市售何在烏藥材樣品中 2,3,5,4'-tetrahy-droxystilbene-2-ο-Oglucoside 的含量個別差異很大、分佈在 O.002至 0.194%之間。而五個濃縮粉中2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxyslilbene-2-ο-glucoside的含量則介於0.016 0.544%之間。Emodin及 physcion 的含量，除了三個生首烏樣品(< 0.001%)外，其餘樣品的含量，介於 0.002-0.077%之間。

For the identification of the crud drug Polygoni Multiflori Radix, the Standard of Crude Drugs of Japanese Pharmacopeia uses emodin as the indicative substance. Recently, 2, 3, 5, 4'-tetraphydroxystilbene-2- ο -glucoside, a bioactive compound from this herb has attracted general attention. In this paper, we examined three compounds 2, 3, 5, 4'-tetraphdroxystilbene-2- ο -glucoside, emodin, and physcion as the indicative substances by means of HPLC analysis. We also determined their quantities in the commercial articles containing this herb. Among thirteen samples of the commercial Polygoni Multiflori Radix, the contents of 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2- ο -glucoside varied greatly, reanging between 0.002 and 0.194%. Another five samples of Polygoni Multiflori Radix extracted powder, the contents of 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2- ο -glucoside fell between 0.016 and 0.544%. Whereas the contents of emodin and physcion ranged between 0.002 and 0.077% in all samples except in the three crud herb samples (No. 11-13) where their contents were below 0.001%.
