研究型大學讀者對數位化圖書館使用需求與空間概念

Space Concepts and Utilization Requirements of the Digitalized Library from Readers in the Academic University

數位科技的快速發展與應用，促使圖書館必須審視「如何適當的採用數位科技，以協助圖書館發揮功能，達成服務讀者之使命。」然而數位科技的引入及行銷需要配合傳統圖書館的現有介面如館藏、管理及讀者，否則將無法施行。本研究利用描述統計、平均數差異檢定、卡方檢定等統計方法，調查分析研究型大學381 位不同身分社群別之讀者對數位科技、圖書館介面及數位化圖書館之使用需求及空間概念。研究發現讀者認為數位化圖書館應著重主題式分類館藏、小眾社群互動、數位管理服務、多元化使用空間類型、虛擬數位科技整合實體空間與智慧安全監控。同時研究並發現讀者因應身分差異，有不同數位科技利用行為，從而對實體與數位典藏方式、服務及管理型態、空間規劃及建築型態，有不同需求與看法。本研究並建議現行可利用之數位科技，以協助數位化圖書館空間之建構，以及後續研究題目。

The fast development and application of digital technology that impel library must examine closely' How to adopt digital technologies, in order to help the library functions well to serve readers.' It is important to implement digital technologies through the existing interfaces of the traditional library such as management, reader, and book storage. This research utilizes statistical method to investigate 381 university readers in different communities about their opinions with the demand to digital technologies, library interface and space concepts of digitalized library. Discover that readers think that digitalized library should focus on the theme-type book shelving, inter-dynamic behavior between small-sized communities, digital management service, Multi-purposed space category, Virtual technology to combine entity space, and intelligent safety control. Yet, readers with different identities, utilize different digital-technology behaviors, thus to the entity\digit collections, service\management styles, space planning, there are different demands and views. Digital technologies to help the constructing of digitalized library as well as follow-up feasible research topics are proposed.
