綠建材產業分析及管理機制之研究

Industry Analysis and Management Strategy for Green Building Materials

綠建材係指在原料採取、產品製造、應用過程和使用以後的再生利用循環中，對地球環境負荷最小、對人類身體健康無害的建築材料。綠建材標章制度由內政部建築研究所於93 年開始推動，綠建材標章制度為國內建材產業提供了一套完善的建材性能評估及審查制度，並促進傳統建材產業轉型升級。本研究之目的是對綠建材進行相關市場調查與產業分析，以瞭解綠建材標章制度之推動成果與效益，相關結果可以作為下一階段推動與管理機制研擬之參考依據。本研究利用市場調查與問卷調查方式，探討國內綠建材產業規模、產業特性及產業發展現況等。

Materials, which have the minimum load on the earth environment and produce no harm to the human health in the process of raw material acquirement, product manufacturing, application as well as the cycle of regeneration and reuse are collectively called the Green Building Materials. The Green Building Material Label project was established and promoted by Architecture and Building Research Institute in 2004. Market research and industry analysis were the main research subjects for this paper, which can be useful for ABRI to evaluate the promoting results. This paper also helps to make promoting strategy of next stage. The results of this research shows the scale, characteristic and developing situation of green building material industry by random marketing survey and questionnaire survey.
