照顧一位接受膝關節置換術病人之護理經驗

The Nursing Care Experience of a Patient with Total Knee Replacement Surgery

本文描述照顧一位退化性關節炎病人接受左膝關節置換術之護理經驗。護理期間自 2008年10月13日至10月20日。筆者運用Gordon十一項健康功能評估，以身體評估、會談、觀察收集資料，發現病人有焦慮、急性疼痛、身體活動功能障礙、及知識缺失四項健康問題。照護期間運用協助、指導、傾聽與支持等技巧與病人建立良好的互動關係；依病程進展及需求規劃合宜的護理措施，提供病人整體性的照護及復健護理，使病人達到最佳的健康狀況。此次的護理經驗希望能與其他護理人員分享。

This article described the nursing experience of a degenerative arthritis patient undergoing a left total knee replacement surgery. The author took care of this patient from October 13 to October 20, 2008. Gordon’s eleven health functional patterns were applied to assess the patient’s condition with the data collected through observations, interviews and physical assessments. Four health-related problems were identified: anxiety, acute pain, impaired physical mobility, and knowledge deficit. During the nursing process, the author provided assistance, guidance, listening and support to establish a good rapport with the patient, and planned appropriate nursing interventions and rehabilitation nursing care based on the patient’s needs and the course of disease, allowing the patient to reach optimal health condition. The author wished to share this unique nursing experience with other colleagues.
