一位頰癌病患手術後期間之護理經驗

Nursing Experience of a Patient with Buccal Cancer during Postoperative Period

本文是探討一位頰癌病患接受手術後的護理經驗，於照顧期間藉由直接照護、系統性會談及觀察，以Majority Gordon十一項健康功能型態評估病患的問題，發現有組織完整性受損、自我照顧能力缺失、及身體心像紊亂等護理問題，護理過程中提供傷口照護，教導日常生活自我照顧之技能，以同理心、接受及支持的態度，鼓勵表達情緒重建正向自我概念，協助其接受身體外觀、結構及功能的改變。藉此護理經驗的分享，冀能提供日後護理同仁照顧類似病患時的參考，進而提升護理品質。

This case study reported the nursing experience of a patient with buccal cancer during postoperative period. The Gordon’s functional health assessment guide was used to assess nursing problems through direct care, systematic observation, and interview. The nursing problems being identified included impaired tissue integrity, self-care deficit, and disturbance of body image. Nursing intervention included providing wound care, instructing daily self-care, and paying empathy, acceptance, and supportive attitude to assist the patient express his emotional feeling and rebuild his positive selfconcept. After being given the nursing care, the patient was able to face the reality of appearance, structural, and functional changes. This experience provided nursing staff with a reference for caring similar patients in the future.
