照顧一位急性心肌梗塞合併心因性休克病患之加護護理經驗

The Intensive Nursing Experience of a Patient with Acute Myocardial Infarction Complicating Cardiogenic Shock

本文描述一位42歲男性病患，因急性心肌梗塞發作導致心因性休克，引發一連串血流動力學不穩定而入加護中心照顧之護理經驗，於92年7月31日至8月21日照護期間運用會談、觀察及Gordon十一項功能性健康型態評估等技巧收集相關資料，發現病患有體液容積過量、體溫過高、焦慮等問題，實際運用關懷、傾聽、會談、口頭指導及護理指導單張之方式，藉由提供專業照護、心理支持及疾病資訊來降低病患的焦慮並提升病患及家屬對疾病的認識與自我照顧能力。

The article describes the intensive nursing experience in caring a patient who had acute myocardial infarction complicated with cardiogenic shock and induced multiple hemodynamic symptoms. During July 31 to August 21,2003, the researcher applied observation. interviewing and Gorden 11functional health status assessment instrument skills to collect patient’s data. Nursing problems were identified as the following: deficient fluid volume, hyperthermia, and anxitey, etc. The author applied a comprehensive nursing care, professional knowledge, and spiritual support to improve the knowledge of the patient and his family and alleviate their anxiety level.
