一位多重性創傷病患於加護病房期間的護理經驗

Nursing Experience of a Patient with Multiple Traumatic Events

本文探討一位因車禍致多重性創傷病患於急性期階段，歷經創傷事件、手術、及加護病房住院經驗，以Majority Gordon十一項功能性健康型態評估，運用觀察、會談、及傾聽之技巧收集資料，發現病患有氣體交換功能障礙、疼痛、組織完整性受損及害怕等護理問題，經提供合宜及個別性的護理處置，個案能順利度過急性期階段，以此個案經驗分享作為日後照顧此類病患之參考。

This case study reported the nursing experience for a patient with multiple traumatic events due to traffic accident. The nursing care experience was during trauma injury, surgery, and intensive care unit admission. The Majority Gordon’s functional health assessment guide was used and data were collected by observation, intervention and listening. There were four major nursing problems, including impaired gas exchange, pain, impaired tissue integrity and fear. Nursing intervention programs included individual nursing management in order to assist the patient overcoming the acute stage. This experience provided nursing staff with a reference for caring similar patients in the future.
