一位槤枷胸外傷患者於加護病房之護理經驗

Nursing Experience for a Trauma Patient with Flail Chest

本文是探討一位槤枷胸患者在加護病房之護理經驗，運用Majority Gordon十一項功能性健康型態進行評估，針對生理、心理層面分析歸納二項健康問題，依其嚴重性分別為：低效性呼吸型態、疼痛。筆者藉由主動觀察傾聽、同理、支持等護理活動的介入，改善身心的問題，且陪伴個案及其家屬渡過創傷後的急性期，進而提昇因應能力。將此護理經驗提出分享，期望對往後對於有關胸部外傷患者之照護有所幫助。

This report described the experience of caring for a flail chest patient during her stay in intensive care unit. Two major nursing problems were found by Gorden’s functional health assessment guide, including ineffective breathing pattern and pain. Nursing intervention included active listening, empathy, and support, helping the patient and her family pass through the acute stage of post-trauma and increasing their coping abilities. This experience provided nursing staff with a reference for caring similar patients in the future.
