一位再住院精神分裂症病患護理經驗

The Nursing Experience of a Recurrent Schizophrenic Patient

本文係筆者照顧一位精神分裂症個案因情感壓力導致疾病再復發，入院當時個案有攻擊行為及被害妄想等症狀，護理人員評估後發現個案呈現：(1)高危險性暴力行為：對別人；(2)思考過程改變；(3)個人因應能力失調；及(4)知識缺失等護理問題。經過一個半月護理過程及利用電訪、門診方式追蹤個案情形，之後個案可運用新的因應方式解決情緒困擾，並能夠主動規則服藥及恢復病前的生活作息。

This article reported the nursing experience of a schizophrenic patient, who suffered from recurrent psychotic episode induced by emotional stress. In admission, the patient presented with dominant aggressive behavior and persecutory delusion. The nursing staff assessed this patient and found the following problems: (1) high risk of violence, (2) change of thinking process, (3) dysfunction of coping skills, and (4) lack of knowledge. By individual nursing care, outpatient visit, and telephone follow-up, one and half month later, this patient was capable of resolving emotional disturbance with new adjustments, taking regularly medicine by herself, and restoring her normal life.
