一位胎死腹中婦女引產之護理經驗

The Nursing Exprience of a Woman with Intrauterine Fetal Death Under Pregnancy Termination Procedure

本文探討一位懷孕40週胎死腹中的婦女，於產房引產之護理經驗，筆者在民國90年12月12日至90年12月14日護理期間，以羅氏適應模式進行護理評估，發現個案有：急性疼痛、哀傷、焦慮、罪惡感等護理問題。經由護理過程，運用接受性態度、傾聽、資訊提供、陪伴待產、促進舒適等護理措施以協助個案渡過哀傷、釋放憤怒及罪惡感之情緒，並提昇其對刺激的調適能力，期望藉此護理經驗之分享，提供產科專業人員照護之參考。

This article described the nursing experiences of caring a family with unexpected stillbirth. Using Roy’s adaptation model, we evaluated a 19 year-old pregnant woman and her relatives from the 12th to the 14th of December in 2002. In the labor room, we found that the pregnant woman was suffering from several nursing problems including acute pain, grief, anxiety, and sense of guilt, etc. After nursing process, the feelings of sorrow, anger, and guilt of this pregnant woman and her husband were greatly released and a healthy physical and mental state was rebuilt for her next pregnancy. This experience provided nursing staffs with a reference for caring similar pregnant woman and her relatives in the future.
