由生態系統理論視角探討應用於護理實務之菸害防制架構

From the Perspective of Ecological Systems Theory to Explore the Application of Tobacco Control Framework within Nursing Practice

吸菸是一個極為明確的健康問題。菸害防制不僅是國家重要的衛生政策，更是護理專業所關注的範疇。就健康促進的觀點而言，如何防堵吸菸行為的產生，是杜絕菸害的不二法門。因此如何改變垂手可得的吸菸環境，即成為菸害防制的重要課題。本文即以環境的角度切入，除剖析菸害問題的本質外，更採生態系統理論為架構，探討影響菸害問題之環境因素，並援引其主要概念，進一步提出可實際應用在護理實務上的建議，以作為具體改善菸害問題之參考。

Cigarette smoking is a serious worldwide health problem. Tobacco control is not only an important international health issue, it is also a focus in nursing professional practice. From the aspect of preventive medicine, prevention of smoking habit is the major task of avoiding the hazard of tobacco. In this article, we discussed the issue of tobacco control from environmental aspect and used the ecological systems theory to demonstrate the environmental factors that were associated with the tobacco problems. Furthermore, we provided useful suggestions of tobacco control that were applicable in clinical nursing practice.
