Nursing Care for Patients with Breast Reconstruction

婦女常因乳房的惡性疾病必需切除部分或全部的乳房，乳房的重建可以建立一個完整的身體，本文藉由臨床經驗及文獻查證所得，描述乳房重建的歷史背景、優缺點、乳房重建的手術前、手術後及出院護理，希望能提供護理人員在護理實務上的應用，以發揮護理的獨特功能。

Women often undergo partial mastectomy or radical mastectomy after diagnosis of breast malignancy. Breast reconstruction is used to restore a whole physical body and body image. Based on clinical experiences and a literature review, the purpose of this study was to describe the historical background, advantages and disadvantages of breast reconstruction after mastectomy and the preoperative, postoperative, and home care of women who have breast reconstruction. Findings provide specific information that nurses in clinical settings can apply when caring for women having breast reconstruction.
