Death or Rebirth: The Legal Reflection on the Way out for Collec-tively-owned enterprises in Rural Areas

鄉村集體所有制企業作為公有制經濟在社會主義中國的主要實現形式，自1949年新中國成立以來為新中國農村經濟社會的轉型發展做出了有目共睹的歷史貢獻。佃隨者市場經濟體制的逐步深化，尤其是非公有制企業的發展對鄉村集體所有制企業的生存造成了巨大的衝擊，鄉村集體所有制企業逐步被邊緣化并最終淡出了理論與實踐的視野。

The rural collective-owned enterprises as the main form to realize the public ownership economy in the socialist Chines, has made historic contributions to the P. R. China's rural economic development and social transformation since 1949. However, with the gradual deepening of the market economy system, especially the development of non-public-owned enterprises, survival of rural collective ownership enterprise has caused enormous impact on the rural collective-owned enterprise.
