Study on Hypermedia Information System for Housing Maintenance Management

住宅建築的維護管理工作日趨複雜，為使建築物能充分發揮其機能與效果，本研究利用系統工程的觀念，結合超媒體的技術，建構一套住宅建築維護管理超媒體資訊糸統，嘗試以簡便的操作指令替代繁雜的使用手冊，並配合生動的語音及圖示，供住宅管理人員使用，期能改善現有的物業維護管理模式，解決面臨的既有問題癥結，進而提昇物業維護管理之水準。

Housing maintenance accounts for great proportion of the total building maintenance expenditure. Therefore, any significant reduction in housing maintenance expenditure would have a great effect on the national economy. The main purpose of this is to formulate a computer system for the management of housing repairs and maintenance. The basis of the system is the use of the techniques of system engineering and hypermedia to produce orders instructing contractors to remedy defects; to progress chase outstanding orders; to record, store and process every item of repair and regularly produce a detailed financial breakdown. The use of the computer system will be greatly reduced expenditure, resulting in more effective, efficient and economic maintenance management.
