誤以細針抽吸女性尿道憩室所造成的尿道瘻管

A Mistake for Needle Aspiration of Female Urethral Diverticulum Resulting in a Urethral Fistula

女性尿道憩室是一種不常見而容易被忽視或遺忘的下泌尿道疾病。本文報告一位女性患者，一開始誤以為是婦科外陰囊腫，因為症狀需求反覆細針抽吸的結果，終究形成外陰尿道憩室瘻管的病例。希望提醒第一線醫師該疾病的存在，抽吸出來的液體如果懷疑是尿液，可以儘早轉診泌尿科做進一步的評估與治療，避免反覆抽吸形成瘻管。

Painful bulging mass over the female exogenitalia is frequently seen in gynecological clinics. One of the differential diagnoses is urethral diverticula. Needle aspiration of other cystic lesions over exogenitalia to relieve tension and pain is a common and effective treatment. However, mistaken repeated needle aspiration of urethral diverticulum may induce infections and sometimes lead to the formation of a urethral fistula. Herein, we reported a 49-year-old female patient who suffered from urine leakage due to such a urethral fistula. After the treatments of urethral diverticulectomy and fistulectomy, her urine leakage was completely cured.
