Right Myocardial Bridge Detected by Multi-Slices CT Coronary Angiography--A Case Report

心肌橋是冠狀動脈某節段在心肌層，於心臟收縮期產生壓迫冠狀動脈的一種現象，大部份發現於冠狀動脈左前降支。我們經由多面性電腦斷層血管攝影，發現非常少見的右冠狀動脈心肌橋。

Myocardial bridging is a condition where this segment of the coronary artery through myocardium is compressed during systole. However, it is a1most always confined to the 1eft anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) and very rare in the right coronary artery. Here, we report a case of right coronary artery (RCA) going through the right myocardium detected by Multi-Slices CT coronary angiography.
