原發性肛門直腸黑色素瘤－病例報告

Primary Anorectal Melanoma:Report of a Case

肛門直腸黑色素瘤是一種罕見的惡性腫瘤。最常見的症狀是肛門出血。因為常延遲診斷以及腫瘤本身的侵略性，肛門直腸黑色素瘤的預後並不好。罹患肛門直腸黑色素瘤的病患在早期就常有局部侵犯或遠端轉移。我們報告一位63歲女性，最初的臨床表現是肛門出血。大腸鏡發現一處直腸息肉狀腫瘤，病理報告證實為惡性黑色素瘤。病患後來接受腹會陰切除術。經過30個月的追蹤，目前並無復發的跡象。

Anorectal melanoma is a rare malignant tumor. The most common presenting symptom is anal bleeding. The prognosis of anorectal melanoma is poor due to delayed diagnosis and the aggressive nature of the disease. Patients with anorectal melanoma tend to have regional invasion or distant metastasis in the early stages. Herein, we report the case of a 63-year-old female presenting with anal bleeding. Colonoscopy revealed one polypoid tumor, which was proved to be a malignant melanoma after biopsy pathology. The woman subsequently underwent abdominoperineal resection. The patient was well without any evidence of recurrence after a 30-month follow-up period.
