本文略述（A）常規疫苗與自費性疫苗之區別，（B）各種自費疫苗之簡要說明；1.乙型流行性感冒嗜血桿菌疫苗（Hib vaccine），2.水痘疫苗，3.非細胞性百日咳疫苗，4.肺炎雙球菌疫苗，5.A型肝炎疫苗，6.侵襲性腦脊髓膜炎疫苗。（C）自費疫苗方面常見話題：1.輪狀病毒腹瀉與疫苗，2.自費小兒麻痺注射疫苗（IPV），3.流感疫苗。（D）疫苗的發展：混合型疫苗與成人疫苗。

There are several new vaccines in recent years, such as Hemophilus influenzae type B vaccine, chickenpox vaccine, acellular pertussis vaccine, pneumococcal vaccine, and Nesseria meningococcal vaccine. Combined vaccines, such as four-combined vaccine. (DTaP + H. influenzae type b) and five-combined vaccine (four-combined + inactivated poliovirus) are more convenient for children. Simplifying the vaccination schedule may increase the vaccination rate and decrease the injection frequency of the babies. Thus, we are introducing these newly-developed vaccines and their immunization schedules.
