病例報告－－前十字韌帶囊腫合併外側半月板損傷

Combined Lateral Meniscus Tear and ACL-Based Ganglion: A Case Report

十字韌帶囊腫是一少見之疾病，其臨床表現亦十分多樣化。本文報告一例右膝疼痛一年之病患，該病患並無明確之外傷病史，在保守治療六個月無效後至本院治療。在關節鏡檢查後發現有外側半月板破裂，並予以縫合修補。因病患症狀一個月後復發，經磁振造影檢查後，發現一前十字韌帶囊腫。在病患接受經膝窩膝關節切開術並切除囊腫後，膝關節功能完全灰復。本文另探討文獻上相關之報告。

The intraarticular ganglion cysts arising from the cruciate ligaments are unusual lesions, and their manifestations are variable. We present a case with right knee pain for one year who had no trauma history of the affected knee. Meniscus tear was diagnosed and repaired after arthroscopy. Unfortunately, the symptoms recurred again one month later. Anterior cruciate ligament-based ganglion cyst was noted after a magnetic resonance image (MRI) study. Popliteal arthrotomy with complete excision of the ganglion was done. The result was good. Arthrotomy with excision is an alternative treatment for ganglion cysts of the cruciate ligaments.
