以內視鏡溶液注射治療大腸憩室出血－一病例報告

Colonoscopic Injection Therapy for Active Colonic Diverticular Bleeding--A Case Report

六十八歲女性，過去無特殊疾病史，主述一天內有六次鮮血便而至本院門診就醫，就醫時身體之理學檢查除輕微的貧血外一切都正常，患者接受大腸清潔處置後安排大腸鏡檢，大腸鏡發現有－正在出血的乙狀結腸憩室，經生理食鹽水沖洗後仍然繼續出血，當時以稀釋之腎上腺素溶液，經內視鏡注射於出血憩室之週圍後，其出血立即停止，患者因個人之理由不願接受住院觀察而於門診追蹤，追蹤一個月後並無再出血的現象。由於以內視鏡治療大腸憩室出血之文獻報告並不多，故提出本病例報告並討論之。

A 68 year-old female patient, with complaint of intermittent hematochezia, was diagnosed as sigmoid colonic diverticular with actively bleeding by colonscopy. Emergent homeostatic procedure by endoscopic injection therapy was performed immediately and bleeding was stopped successfully. Endoscopic injection therapy is a promising procedure fur peptic ulcer bleeding but still rarely for colonic diverticular bleeding. We described a successful case and also discussed it.
