都市型集合住宅之住戶平面計畫的供給特性：以臺北市集合住宅為例

The Characteristics of Dwelling Unit Plan of Urban Multistory Apartment Buildings in Taiwan Cities: Taking Taipei City as a Sample

台灣隨著經濟成長，自1950 開始都市人口大幅增加，至1971 止，台灣都市人口已佔全體的60%以上，致使都市住 問題成 70 代的重要政治課題。故本研究針對台灣首善之都台 市，探討近三十 國民住 與民間集合住 之供給實態，並從供給主体、時間軸與供給區位等研究視點，探討其住戶平面計畫之空間構成特性的 同、住戶面積的供給實態與供給區位的分佈 況等；同時，針對住戶單元平面構成 型與住棟單元形態做深入交叉分析，探討 者之間的相關性，其研究成果將作 今後台灣都市型集合住 之建築計畫的 考。

The population in Taiwan cities has dramatically increased upon the growth of economy since 1950, and amounted to over 60% of the whole in 1971. As the result, housing in cities has become a significant political issue since 1970s.This research mainly focuses on Taipei City to search the supply of public housing and private condominium over recent thirty years. It covers the variance of characteristics of the space in dwellings, the size of dwellings provided and the regional distribution of dwellings from the aspects of the supply side、time frame and the district. In addition, it also cross analyzes the distribution of dwelling units and the dwelling unit plans to find their correlations. The conclusion could give a reference for architectural planning of public housing in Taiwan cities.
