教育家、哲學家不斷在時代新潮流的變革中,都會提出嶄新的觀念,期盼達成符合社會改變的需求,構思創新藝術指標的動能、創造力,以凝聚新社會多元文化的價值觀。「美感教育」被視為具有傳承傳統文化及超越國界統整中、西文化的功能,強化人類社會文明的溝通與理解,增進全人文化素質的提昇與和諧。藝術教育偏向於古典或俗稱純藝術定位,師資培育指標、教材內容亦復如是,流行音樂不見容於教學,為近世紀不變定律。然而流行文化深受網路新世代年輕人、一般大眾的喜愛,加上職場的導向,顯而易見的現階段學校音樂課程已不全然為現代學生所樂於接受。因此,大專音樂師資培育制度面臨調整課程與轉型衝擊之際,應重新檢視「流行文化」在「美感教育」多元文化藝術素養教育的定位。本文針對時代潮流的發展趨勢,分別就流行音樂的藝術價值觀,音樂系所多角化經營的調整與轉型,美感教育追求社會文明的意義等議題,提供相關意見,作為未來音樂藝術教育政策、音樂系所修訂課程的參考。
英文摘要
Educators and philosophers would constantly put forward a new idea in the new wave era of reform to meet the changing needs of the community in ideal art pointers of kinetic energy, creativity, and to condense the new multi-cultural society's values.“Aesthetic education”has been conceived with the inheritance of traditional culture and transnational integration of Sino- Western cultural features. It enhances the communication and understanding of human civilization and promotes all-round culture of quality improvement and harmony. Prefer classical or commonly known as fine positioning of art education and teacher training pointers or teaching materials are also held. Pop music is no place for teaching for almost a century. Pop culture however by the new generation network of young people, the general public's favorite, plus career-oriented, obvious at this stage the school music programs have not been popular among modern students. Therefore, when the College of Music comes to curriculum adjustment of teacher training system and the impacts of transition, it is instrumental to reexamine how the“pop culture”should be positioned in“Aesthetic education.”This paper aims to discuss the era trend of music development on pop music of art value, adjustment of the music departments and the diversification and transformation and signification of Aesthetic education in the pursuit of social civilization. It provides comments to the future music art education policy, and music departments by attempting to amend courses for reference. Key words:Pop Culture, Pop Music, Aesthetic Education
