從三個傳播要素檢視網路溝通的初步形成

Examining the initial communication on the Internet with three factors of communication

本文擬從「情境脈絡」、「互動」和「意義共享」等三個傳播要素來檢視網路溝通的最初形成過程及其發展。我先以比較實體環境和網路情境的溝通差異，認為與他人互動以達意義共享的結果時，是無法脫離社會文化、態度意向、語氣、音調、非語言行為等情境線索，而單就訊息文本來解釋其意涵的。尤其，當溝通發生於網路情境中，越缺乏情境脈絡作為判斷互動者意指的依侍，就越容易發生歧異的意義解讀，溝通也無法在初步形成時達到穩定持續的狀態。

This article attempts to examine communication on the Internet with three factors of communication. Under my observation, communicating on Internet without the social context, especially formed initially, is different from the reality so that we cannot interact to each other to get the meaning-shared. Further more, when user is beginning to communicate with others on the Internet, the more contexts they are lacking in, the more misunderstanding will be easily happened. Communication cannot be formed and continued, either.
