智慧型載具及多元探究教學法應用於物業管理人才培育

Application of multi inquiry teaching method with smart devices in personnel training for property management

克服學用落差一直以來都是學校教育的重點議題，然而隨著資通訊科技與智慧型載具的發展，物業管理人才培育能以更具有效率及更引發興趣的方式來進行。本研究以建築安全評估課程為例，導入智慧型載具及多元探究教學法，課程每項主題以三週為單位，分別進行基礎理論闡述、校園環境探究以及實務解說等方式進行。在智慧型載具應用程式方面，則是採用HTML5技術開發所需的應用程式與管理網頁。透過本研究的成果，能有效辨識建築安全評估課程的關鍵學用落差問題，且能提升學生學習成效與興趣。本研究成果可推廣至其他物業管理人才培育專業領域課程。

To overcome the education-jobs gapis always an important issue in the university education. However, with the development of information communication technology (ICT) and smart devices, the cultivation of talentcan be conducted in a more efficiency and more interesting way. This study applies the smart devices and multi inquiry teaching methods in the course of building safety evaluation as illustrations. Every topic in the course takes three weeks and is conducted via basic knowledge description,environment inquiry, and practice explanation. This study also employs the HTML5 technique to develop the smart device application and the website. In the research results, the main education-jobs gaps in the building safety evaluation course can be identified and the students’ learning motivation and interests can be promoted. The results can be applied in the related courses in the area of property management.
