人文臨床與護理照顧的遭逢：一種偶然性的越界與逃逸

Encounter between Clinical Humanities and Nursing Care: An Accidental Border-Crossing and Escape

人文化的「臨床」的真正旨趣是：使得自身被抛擲於不可期待的災難或苦痛現場，以及無法從自身去推衍他者的真實處境，從而獲得自身的揭露。因此，所謂的「人文臨床」（動詞），試圖將人文社會學科的自我遞迴打破，賦予人文社會學科一種手足無措的失神狀態，從而在人類的臨床現場，例如疾病、災難、失親等受苦處境裡獲得人文的發展，並結成人文現場支持的網絡。在諸種臨床的現場，一方面讓人文社會學科突破自身的慣性，開始去傾聽受苦的聲音，以獲得自身全新的反省。另一方面透過全新的反省，人文社會學科進而自我轉化，滲透進入受苦處境，從而凝練出更深刻的人文知識。在這個意義底下的「人文臨床」（名詞，蛻變後的人文社會學科），真實參與了人類受苦處境的調節，也有著別於傳統緩解受苦的專業框架，而有其自身特殊的運作律動。「人文臨床」與「護理照顧」的遭逢，或可視為異樣的網結。在此，異樣之間的不可通約性，就護理研究、教學與臨床而言，人文社會學科彷彿必須以陌生人的身份與姿態出現在現場。「人文護理」與「人文臨床與護理療癒」的多元切面，正是本文的論詰宗旨，同時藉以凸顯「人文臨床」的另類創新意義，並做為其與「護理照顧」遭逢之際的真摯表白與如一初衷。

The real purport of ”clinical” humanities is putting oneself in an unexpected (calamity or pain) situation and being unable to understand others' real situations and; hence uncovering oneself. Therefore, the so-called ”clinical humanities” ( a verb ) attempts to break the self recursion in humanities and social sciences and puts humanities and social sciences in a helpless and confused state. Then it can achieve humanistic development in human clinical sites, such as illness, disaster, loss of family member and other calamitous situations, while also forming an on-site humanistic support network.At various clinical sites, on the one hand the inertia of the humanities and social sciences should be broken, and the voice of suffering should be heard to obtain new self reflections. On the other hand, through self reflections, humanities and social sciences can transform and penetrate a suffering situation to extract profound humanistic knowledge. Under this context, ”clinical humanities” (a noun, referring to transformed humanities and social sciences) truly participates in human suffering situations and has a professional framework that is different from conventional suffering alleviation. It also has its own unique rhythms.The encounter of ”clinical humanities” and ”nursing care” can be seen as an odd connection of networks. Here, incompatibility exists between two odd things, and for nursing studies in their teaching and clinical purpose, humanities and social sciences seem to be at the scene as a stranger. The purpose of this article is to show the multiplicity of ”humanistic nursing care” and ”clinical humanities, nursing care and healing.” This article also highlights some of the alternative new meanings of ”clinical humanities” and is the true manifestation of the encounter between clinical humanities and ”nursing care.”
