ON THE THEORY AND PRACTICE OF CONSTRUCTING A MARINE POWER：REVIEW OF THE 2014 RESEARCH WORK OF THE CHINESE OCEAN LAW SOCIETY

On August 13－16, 2014, the annual meeting of the Chinese Ocean law Society was held in Boao, Hainan, China. The election of a new council and leadership of the cociety was also held at that time. This meeting was hosted by the Chinese Ocean Law Society and was supported by the Center for legal Research of the South China sea of Hainan Province.
