關於人口紅利的討論一直比較多，隨著第六次人口普查落下帷幕，人口紅利、老齡化等問題再一次成為人們關注的焦點，尤其是關於人口紅利與經濟增長之間的討論方興未艾。文章梳理了人口紅利的提出的源頭及內涵，並對國內外學者關於人口紅利的研究進行了分析，提出了當前中國應該調整計劃生育政策、消除城鄉制度障礙、加大農村養老保障投入、加大勞動力品質投資以提高人力資本。
