台灣勞工研究學術網路資源分析

Labor Study Sites and Home Pages on the Taiwanese Internet: A Critical Review

本研究主要以「勞工研究」學科為對象，就國內網路中檢索並評介相關網站，以分析我國網際網路中有關「勞工研究」之教學與研究相關資源。經使用「勞工」、「工會」、「勞工關係」、「勞資關係」等關鍵字輸入搜尋引擎後發現，在所使用的六項搜尋引擎中，以「中正大學GAIS蓋世引擎」有最強的搜尋能力，合計搜尋出123個相關網站，其次依序是「中文Yahoo」的73個網站、「奇摩站」的61個網站、「蕃薯藤」的53個網站、「哇塞中文網」的45個網站、及「聚寶盆」的31個網站。在關鍵字方面，以「勞工」搜尋，惟所得網站數目均不顯著。至於檢索所得之網站站類進行內容瀏覽，並評介其中32個與「勞工研究」最為相督之主要網站，網站則進行內容瀏覽，並評介其中32個與「勞工研究」最為相關之主要網站，以探討其對我國「勞工研究領域教學與研究的助益。綜合而言，本研究結果有助於「勞工研究」學術社群掌握國內網路中相關之教學與研究資源，作者最後並就網路資源如何與「勞工研究」配合發展提出建議。

The major purpose of this study is to critically review the sites and home pages regarding the "Labor Studies" on the Taiwanese internet. In order to search the appropriate sites and home pages, four keywords of "labor," "union," "labor relations," and "labor-management relations" were used in six popular Chinese search engines on the internet, including the GAIS, the Chinese Yahoo, the Kimo, the Yam, the Whatsite, and the Spring. The results indicate that "the GAIS" has the most powerful capacity to search the sites and home pages on the labor studies. In addition, most of the sites and home pages concerning the labor studies were also discussed. Generally speaking, the researchers and students of the labor studies can benefit form the findings of this paper for searching the teaching and research materials on the labor studies form the Taiwanese internet.
