The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship ofpersonality trait work role factors, organizational support system andcultural differences of foreign labors with their work adjustment - lifeadjustment in Taiwan. This study takes the manufacturing and buildingindustries who introduced foreign labors into Taiwan as random samplingsample. The results revealed that the positive effects of the work roleclarity and the negative effect of the work role loading on foreign labors'work adjustment are significant. Additionally, the interacting effect ofcultural differences and work role clarity has positive effect on workadjustment. Furthermore, personality trait and work role clarity, socialsupport has positive effect on foreign labors' life adjustment and work roleloading has negative .effect on life adjustment. Moreover, culturaldifferences has negative effect on foreign labors' life adjustment. Thereare significant difference on work adjustment - life adjustment among theforeign labors'gender, nationality, language ability, months of stay inTaiwan, motivation of come to Taiwan, industries. |
