運用代理人及雲端技術建置行動安全監護系統

A Mobile Oriented Security System Based on Agent Theory and Cloud Technique

近年來，臺灣整體人口結構發生重大改變，65歲以上老人人口比例持續攀升，2010年底已達總人口數的10.7％；另一方面，少子化的生育趨勢以及單薪家庭轉向雙薪家庭的家庭型態的改變，使得兒童及老人的照護成了重要課題。隨著網路化與行動化技術逐漸成熟與普及，智慧型手機均具備無線上網與全球定位系統功能，因此本研究將運用高速運算能力的雲端運算平台與智慧型手機定位服務，來發展一個多元化的應用服務程式，實作建構適合老人與兒童的行動安全監護系統。行動安全監護系統的研究是為了實現讓監護者能夠隨時使用智慧型手機透過無線上網與全球定位系統功能來掌握家人或是親友行蹤。當意外狀況發生時，能提供視覺化方式呈現走失者的地理位置及協尋資訊，以便迅速尋獲走失的家人或是親友。對於家人或是親友的安全監護應用有更大幫助，預防家人或是親友走失的情況發生。

The population structure of Taiwan had changed significantly in recent years. The proportion of the aged above sixty-five in the whole population continued to rise and reached 10.7% at the end of year 2010. On the other hand, the trends towards lower fertility and double-pay family cause the care for the children and the aged to be an important issue. Along with mature and popular Internet and mobile technologies, smart phones have capabilities of wireless communication and global positioning system (GPS). This research utilizes the high-speed computation of cloud technique and the positioning capability of smart phone to develop a mobile oriented security system for the aged and children. The guardian can use the system to monitor the position of the aged or children through PC or smart phone at any time, and to easily locate the aged or children in the Google map if an accident occurred. The proposed system can reduce the chance of getting lost for the aged or children.
