本文關注中國南部、越南、遼國和泰國地帶瑤族（特別是所謂盤瑤）流傳的一種文獻。該文獻以很多名稱出現，最常見的＜＜評皇券牃＞＞或＜＜過山榜＞＞；通常為卷軸形式，上有帝王印章、護符、皇帝和道教神明畫像、地圖等。

This paper focuses on a genre of text that has circulated in certain Yao commu－nities in South China，Vietnam，Laos，and Thailand. It is known by a variety of names，but mose commonly as the ”Charter of Emperor Ping”
