Due to the emergence of global operation, the improvement of technology, and the change of industrial environment, enterprise is no longer an independent administration system. In fact, enterprise has been integrated into a supply chain to resiliently respond to marketing competition. The purpose of this thesis is to study supply chain member participation in decision making, in combination with other techniques, including information technology application, manufacturing executives participation in decision making, to create a model analysis of organizational performance. The results revealed that (1) information technology application is acted as a pivot in the association relationship; and (2) supply chain member participation in decision making, information technology application and manufacturing executive participation in decision making, all have positive impact on organizational performance. In conclusion, current industry in Taiwan should accelerate their information technology application capability and integrate it in the administration. Enterprise should apply the supply chain member participation in decision making to increase the efficiency of supply chain, prudently correspond to the environmental change, reinforce competitive ability, and pursue the ultimately everlasting success. |
