成人經驗學習理論之探討

A Study of Adult Experiential Learning Theory

由於人類經驗在學習上的價值，使得經驗學習在成人教育中受到相當的重視。然而經驗學習的意義非常的多元，因此本文嘗試從其意義的發展、不同的觀點、不同的模式加以探討，同時也針對其理論基礎深入討論。此外，本文也探討了經驗學習過程中重要的機制--反思--的意涵，期盼對經驗學習理論有較周延、較清晰的認識。而最後本文對經驗學習在成人教學上的應用也做了一番分析，以提供成人教育工作實務上的參考。

Within adult learning, experiential learning has been a very influential idea in recent years. Therefore, this paper aims to examine the denotation of the experiential learning theory, including the definition, the perspectives and the models. Moreover, the contributors or the foundations of the theory are explored. As an important mechanism in the process of experiential learning, the concept of reflection is discussed, too. Finally, the applications of the experiential learning theory in adult education are analyzed. However, this paper is trying to provide a systematic and comprehensive review of the experiential learning theory for further study.
