臺北都會地區青少年休閒認知與態度研究

Leisure Cognitions and Attitudes of Taipei Metropolitan Adolescents

台北都會地區乃台灣首善之區，物質生活條件極高，但是台北都會地區青少年的休閒生活內涵卻十分令人擔憂，尤其面對繁華的都會不良娛樂休閒場所之誘惑，更是令有識之士深深引以為憂。針對台北都會地區青少年的休閒問題，本研究從最根本的都會地區青少年休閒認知和休閒態度著手，嘗試深入瞭解當前台北都會地區青少年的休閒認知和休閒態度為何，並瞭解他們的休閒認知與休閒態度之間的關係，當切實掌握了這些資料之後，必有助於未來都會地區青少年休閒教育工作。本研究以大台北地區包括台北市及其鄰近的六個台北縣轄市，以這些地區的專科、高中、高職、國中、初中生為抽樣總體，以分層叢集抽樣方法，共計抽取了 2183個樣本。調查結果發現，台北都會地區青少年的休閒認知主要是：休閒的自主性、休閒的功利性、休閒與讀書的對立性、休閒的閒逸性等四個層面的認知。在休閒需求態度方面，則以獲得舒解、滿足好奇、受到別人肯定、和擁有寧靜等四個因素。在休閒涉入的態度方面，則為有益健康、學習成長、自由自在、與學業成績相衝突對立等四個面向。在休閒體驗態度方面，則是展現能力/表現自我、輕鬆有活力、以及負面的休閒經驗等三個層面。而且本研究發現，台北都會地區青少年的休閒認知深深影響了他們的休閒態度，所以未來休閒教育可能更宜從休閒認知著手，務求建立了正確的休閒認知之後，才能培養正面的休閒態度，進而學習並養成良好的休閒行為。

Taipei metropol is is the most developed area on Taiwan, however, adolescents may be lead astray due to a lot of illegal underground leisure facilities. The study investigates the leisure conginitions and attitudes of Taipei metropolitan adolescents. The study collects empirical research data from 2183 adolescent students, including junior high, senior hign, and community college students, by stratifed and culster sampling techniques.The study shows that Taipei metropolitan adolescents hold somewhat healthy perspectives towards leisure. On the leisure cognitions, the factor analysis generates four factors, such as perceived freedom of leisure, utility of leisure, leisure/study relations, and playfulness of leisure. The study also seperately analyzes the subdimensionalities of three different leisure attitudes: leisure needs, leisure involvement, and leisure experience.By applying the logit transformation statistical skills, the study indicates that the leisure conginition strongly associated with all the three leisure attitudinal scales. Moreover, the regressional analysis displays the adolescent leisure cognitions have strong influence on their leisure attitudes.
