文章介紹了中國圖書館聯盟的發展歷史和現狀，並以NSTL和CALIS為例，分析了圖書館聯盟的成員、管理體制、治理模式、利益分配機制、取得的經驗及目前的困難等，探討了我國圖書館聯盟的差距，並提出了發展我國圖書館聯盟的建議。

The article introduce the history and the status quo of Chinese Library Consortium, with NSTL and CALIS example, analysis the Library members, management system, government models, distribution of benefits, experience and present difficulties of Chinese Library Consortium. This article also discusses the differnces between Chinese Library Consortium and other countries，and advances the proposal of development Chinese Library Consortium.
