The purposes of this study are to examine the understanding of primary care physicians toward the basic concepts of Preventive Health, Services Program for children at a local community in Taiwan. A structured questionnaire was employed to recruit primary care physicians to be the participant in Sanchong District, New Taipei City. These participants particularly include pediatricians and family medicine specialist in the study. Finally, there are 60 primary care physicians participated in the analyses (response rate=72%). The main findings include: 1. The mean score of children purposes, the view of the contents of the sum to be quantified Preventive Health Services Program for Children was 19, and there were more than half participants (60.0%) expressed positive view of the children purposes, the view of the contents of the sum to be quantified. 2. The mean score of physicians provide of the factors Preventive Health Services Program for Children was 21, and there were more than half participants (64.6%) expressed positive view of the physicians provide of the factors. 3. The mean score of data entry Preventive Health Services Program for Children was 10, and there were more than half participants (91.7%) expressed positive view of the data entry. 4. The mean score of participants toward Preventive Health Services Program for Children was 64, and there were more than half participants (58.6%) expressed positive view of the Program. |
