基層醫療院所醫師對兒童預防保健服務看法初探

A Preliminary Study of Primary Care Physicians' Perspective toward Preventive Health Services Program for Children at a Local Community

本研究主要目的乃在瞭解基層醫療院所醫師對兒童預防保健服務基本概念之看法。研究工具以結構性問卷針對新北市三重區基層醫療院所兒科及家醫科等專科醫師為調查對象，實際完成問卷調查60份，完訪率為72％。茲將主要研究結果敘述如下：1、研究對象對兒童預防保健服務的目的、內容之看法加總予以量化，平均值為19.7分，若以19分為切割點，在19分（含）以上者有60.0％（36人）得分越高表示對兒童預防保健服務的目的、內容看法越正向。2、研究對象對影響醫師提供兒童預防保健服務的因素看法加總予以量化，平均值21.3分，若以21分為切割點，則在21分（含）以上者有64.6％（38人），得分越高表示認同健保給付太低、花費時間太多及檢查項目太多等為影響醫師提供兒童預防保健服務主要因素。3、研究對象對資料登錄看法加總予以量化，平均值10.0分，若以9分為切割點，9（含）以上者有91.7％（55人），得分越高表示認為兒童預防保健服務資料登錄是必要的。4、研究對象對兒童預防保健服務看法分成四部分加總予以量化，平均值為64.0分，若以64分為切割點來看，64（含）以上者有58.6％（34人），得分越高表示對兒童預防保健服務看法越好越正向。

The purposes of this study are to examine the understanding of primary care physicians toward the basic concepts of Preventive Health, Services Program for children at a local community in Taiwan. A structured questionnaire was employed to recruit primary care physicians to be the participant in Sanchong District, New Taipei City. These participants particularly include pediatricians and family medicine specialist in the study. Finally, there are 60 primary care physicians participated in the analyses (response rate=72%). The main findings include: 1. The mean score of children purposes, the view of the contents of the sum to be quantified Preventive Health Services Program for Children was 19, and there were more than half participants (60.0%) expressed positive view of the children purposes, the view of the contents of the sum to be quantified. 2. The mean score of physicians provide of the factors Preventive Health Services Program for Children was 21, and there were more than half participants (64.6%) expressed positive view of the physicians provide of the factors. 3. The mean score of data entry Preventive Health Services Program for Children was 10, and there were more than half participants (91.7%) expressed positive view of the data entry. 4. The mean score of participants toward Preventive Health Services Program for Children was 64, and there were more than half participants (58.6%) expressed positive view of the Program.
