易受傷害族群研究之倫理議題

Ethical Issues in Research on Vulnerable Subjects

本文介紹易受傷害族群之定義及種類，討論以易受傷害族群為研究對象所涉倫理議題，回顧相關國際指引與規範，最後歸納出研究者應遵循之倫理原則，期能提昇研究者對易受傷害族群研究之認知與保障，促進研究成效以保障其利益。

This paper introduces the definitions and types of vulnerable populations, explores the ethical issues arising from conducting research on them, reviews relevant international and national guidelines, and concludes with the ethical principles and considerations for conducting researches on vulnerable populations. It is hoped that through the authors' analysis and explications, the general readers and researcher can have a better understanding of the above issues. Consequently better protections can be provided in conducting such researches so as to promote the health welfare of the vulnerable populations.
