社區健康評估：以龜山鄉嶺頂村為例

Community Health Assessment in Lingding Village

本文以Anderson 與McFarlane 之社區為夥伴模式進行龜山鄉嶺頂村之社區健康評估，運用走街瀏覽、文獻查證、訪談、參與性觀察、錄音、照相等方式收集資料。經資料分析，確立社區健康問題，且向社區民眾報告評估結果並尋求回饋，排定社區健康問題的優先順序，確立未來優先推動的社區健康照護議題。

The framework for this paper is the Community-as-partner Model for Lingding village, Guishan township to community health assessment by Anderson and McFarlane(2011). The data were collected by windshield survey, literature review, interview, observation, sound recording and taken a picture. Through data analysis and the identification of the community problem, we reported the findings to community residents and sought feedback, prioritized those problems to promote community health care issues in the future.
