ERPs are comprehensive, integrated, and transaction-oriented information systems. Enterprise's manager use ERP to manage resource efficiently and effectively. However, implementing ERPs require the participation of various business departments. Therefore, the common wisdom is that key users should be invited from the involved departments. This research discusses if the user's computer self-efficacy has impacts on ERP projects. 333 Taiwan companies participate in this study. The result showed that user’s computer self-efficacy play an important role in deciding the outcome of projects. This study suggests enterprises should encourage employees with high level of computer self-efficacy, to join ERP project. |
