ERP, involves lots of human recourses, expenses, times, equipments and etc. And the progress and operation of ERP are relative to the whole organization, they invest much time. In the way, the ERP progressing team easily misses the direction, then effects on the ERP program. Then we consider: 1.To the organizations, they need an approach of progressing ERP to help enterprise recourse planning. 2. To the organizations, the progressing ERP also is a project. Therefore, we base on the new concept of the project management - Architecture Centric to develop the ERP progress structure and hope the structure orients the ERP progress of the organization much better. |
