提昇E世代通識教育資訊素養之探究

A Discussion on General Education Information Literacy Enhancement in the E Generation

提升資訊素養是當前大學通識教育的重要工作，資訊素養為具備經由適切的管道獲得所需資訊，加以篩選、統整、評估、創造與運用資訊的能力，用於有效溝通、互動與解決問題，其含括資訊需求、資訊獲取、資訊利用、資訊評估與資訊倫理等五個面向能力，並涉及資訊技能、媒體識讀、資訊識讀、資訊社會、資訊倫理與資訊安全等六大範疇。現今資訊網路科技發達且雲端運算環境日漸成熟，網際網路搜尋引擎、各類電子資料庫／書籍與相關領域專業／社群網站均可提供多元且豐富的資訊，雲端運算環境則可以提供資訊儲存、處理與運用的能力，透過相關領域專業／社群網站的連結可與不同領域的專業人士進行資訊評估；因此，在Ｅ世代中，提升資訊素養如能善　用資訊科技並能遵循資訊倫理與落實資訊安全防護，必能收事半功倍的成效。

Information literacy enhancement is an important job for current general education in universities. Information literacy is a capability, via appropriate channels; it can collect information, screen information, integrate information, evaluate information, create information, and use information. Information literacy is used for effective communications, interactions and problem solving; it includes five capabilities, information requirement, information obtainment, information use, information assessment, and information ethics. Moreover, information literacy involves six areas, information skills, media reading, information reading, information society, information ethi c, and information security. Currently, information network technology is developed and clouding computing environment is getting matured. Internet search engines, electronic databases / books and different areas professional / community websites can provide diverse and rich information. Clouding computing environment can support capabilities of information storage, information process and information use. Moreover, via related area professional / community website communications, we can evaluate information with experts in different areas. Therefore, in the E generation, we will be able to achieve maximum effectiveness of information literacy enhancement if we can make the best use of information technology, follow information ethics and fulfill information security.
